In the fall of 2011 WakeUP Wake County and the League of Women Voters of Wake County co-sponsored a series of seven candidate forums. These included Wake County Board of Education Districts 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 as well as Raleigh City Council and Mayoral and Cary Town Council and Mayoral Candidate Forums.
