Monday, May 19th, marks the beginning of the public comment period on the City’s Zoning District Remapping Project. The period will end on September 3oth. This project is the final phase of implementing the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) that took effect last September. Over 30% of Raleigh’s land area is proposed to be rezoned.
